We specialize in property sales, leasing, property management, and property investment advice. We are based in one of the biggest commercial hubs of Mumbai, i.e. Lower Parel, since the 1960s.

Lower Parel is a commercial hub located in South Mumbai, India. It is a bustling area that is home to many corporate offices like Tata Group, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Group, and Mahindra & Mahindra, retail stores and restaurants, and entertainment venues in High Street Phoenix and Palladium. From the 1990’s, the area has undergone significant development, with the transformation of old mills into modern commercial spaces and residential complexes. The area is also home to several co-working spaces, making it an attractive location for startups and entrepreneurs.

With a modest beginning in the real estate business in his 30s, he diversified the portfolio with his sheer wisdom and passion. His key characteristic was trust and honesty. From being a broker he became an underwriter / sole seller and developers.

Raju D. Thaker

Cricketer by heart and a realtor by profession, under the guidance of his father he very quickly learned the ropes of the business. His extrovert nature helped him bond and network with different stakeholders in the industry and helped him venture out into other spheres of real estate. At a very early age had the experience of sole-selling, developing and liaisoning of land.

Shefali Thaker

Partner

A graduate from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management (Aurangabad), she has worked in the hotel and travel industry in the beginning of her career. With the changing face of the real estate industry in India, she has ventured into rentals and leasing of commercial spaces for brands like Harley-Davidson, The Gourmet Kitchen & Studio, Shringar Fashions, Ash & Teak, Physconline and more, under the supervision of her father. She has also created a digital presence for TES, which was the need of the hour.
